Found it extremely unprofessional for the website to say the store closes at 10pm. The sign on the door says closes at 10pm. I... walk in (door still unlocked) at 9:10pm and the gentleman behind the counter tells me they are closed for the night?.. updatesignage please. Lock doors at least. Read more
Prices are odd some days food is cheaper and on other days when the Indian lady is there its more expensive. The Indian subway... manager is kinda nasty and bitter, always nasty and or rude and gets offended if you can't u derstand her, heavy accent. Othersubways are cheaper and friendlier. Read more

2 times I have walked in to get dinner and I have been faced with a cash only sign. So today I thought I'd try again since I... have coupons that will expire tomorrow. I ordered the new cheddar brisket and was told by the worker that the coupon wont workon sandwich. It does not exclude this sandwich on the coupon. It's not the workers fault. The manager or owner doesn't let themhave access to change a price and it obviously wasn't programmed in the computer. The owner or manager needs to be better. I stopped by tonight to get a six inch sandwich. The guy behind the counter first haphazardly cut the footlong bread in half,... one half was more like 8 inch and another more like 4 inch. He took a smaller half to make a sandwich. I asked him to takeanother half. Playfully, he put two halfs together to see if they were the same size and apparently it was obvious to him theywere not, so he just shrugged his shoulders and proceeded with my request. When I was ready to pay for the sandwich (8 inch) mycard was declined 3 times. He asked me if I had cash. I said I had no cash, and that there was nothing wrong with my card. Sureenough, something was wrong on their end. He called his manager to guide him through restarting the register. I was waitingpatiently. After 10 minutes of waiting, I asked how much longer I should wait. The guy said he has never done this before, somaybe another 5 minutes. I said to him that not that I wanted that sandwich for free, but it would be a good customer service todo so. To which, he said with a smirk: "Maybe next time". So eventually I had to leave, I gave back my sandwich and left. Idon't think I will be coming to that place again. Read more
