First off, you don?t dine in or dine out at Starbucks. It?s not a restaurant. Don?t know fault of the Starbucks itself. The... design layout is like a bunch of the Three Stooges did it the waiting in the parking lot go through the entrance for the chasebank so you need to referee out there for the parking places versus who?s gonna get their coffee fix. I absolutely love this Starbucks location. Its so convenient. Everyone is extremely nice, friendly, and polite. Every employee... gets every customer in and on there way in a timely matter. Andrew (Drew) has became my absolute favorite and i love them allbut he is definitely my favorite ever since this location has opened. His energy just makes my morning and whole day. Drew justremembers all his customers and treats us as if we have known each other from birth :). I love his energy and I was very saddento find out he may be leaving this location. This particular branch is extremely well managed. Maybe because it's less busy and hectic, but the staff here is incredibly... happy, welcoming, and helpful. Don't believe me? Just pull in into the drive-thru. Exceptional customer service, 100% of theorders are right, and there are tons of cute pet pictures on the pick-up window. What is not to love here! Ok, they do run outof items from time to time, but that's typically of most stores. One of the best managed Starbucks in the SCV. Whoever isthe manager, you are doing an outstanding job.
