This place use to be pretty fantastic but has gone down hill fast. We ordered at the restaurant: the new chicken sandwich,... chicken salad, and soup for 3. The soup and chicken sandwich was cold the chicken salad sandwich had maybe a quarter cup ofchicken salad. Cookies were the only thing half decent. Then to add insult to injury, the price was astronomical. There?s novalue here anymore. We?ll be my last time coming for sure. Read more
It was the worst ever experience. I'm a doordash driver. Pick up time was 11:23. They told me it's gonna take 10 min. to be... ready. After 20 they asked for another 14 min. So I got my order at 11:02 . And that guy doesn't even talks to me and he istrying to stay far away. I was calm all time and he was so rude! Edit: Its the second time happening the same thing. Honestlythey do not want to communicate. I tried to understand why its late and i asked them. Next 10 min i was waiting without answer.Then i had to ask for the second time. Only thing they say: You should wait until we call the name. Still waiting for 20 min.Thebig guy with a long hair is very unrespectful and he is always lying. Read more
Started going to Panera a few months ago for our morning walk when our local Starbucks closed. The coffee isn't as good as... Starbucks to be honest although the dark roast is pretty good, but the pastries are waaay better. The Orange Cranberry Muffinsare great. Coffee shop vs bakery; each excels as it's segment suggests. Panera doesn't have the neighborhood community feelingthat our old Starbucks had, most patrons seem to be buried in their phones or the work-from-home crowd on their computers. Itseems to be a favorite of bible study groups too, but the service is friendly and the place is always squeaky clean. It has anice patio too. We go several times a week and will continue to do so. If you go regularly, you can't beat Panera's Sip Club. Read more
This location is adjacent to an apartment complex. Stopped by here on our way back from Monterey for something quick and easy.... Service was fine and is pretty similar to other Panera locations. Got their seasonal Strawberry Poppyseed Salad which waspretty good. Simple with a lot of fruits! Also grabbed a Chicken Sandwich. Simple also and hit the spot. We also got a side oftheir Mac and Cheese. It was simple also, but paired well as a side for the sandwich. Read more
Great location with great people! However it gets a little dirty sometimes. Also in a renovation or touch up would do a lot to... this place. Right now we are enjoying our free unlimited drinks. We love Panera!!! Read more
