This is by far the best McDonald's in Santa Clarita!! (I hate to admit I've been to them all) The staff is always friendly,... fast and professional. Basic fast food, I really stop by for the quick meal, but what is it about this location that pulls such a privileged clientele?... Yall wanted your coke and 6 piece yesterday, but you barely ordered it 5 minutes ago and now you wanna see a manager so you canget a free large fries? Let's go back to talking about this establishment. The drive through crew are what carries thislocation, friendly and so far accurate on big orders. Disappointed with their grumpy drive thru staff so I walked in....got a better service....their Big Mc will never be... big....shame! I dont know why I came back here but this is what I got...uncooked patty and a watery soggy box and bun....seepictures. Took a few bites and it just became more uncooked each bite...rest went to trash. Read more
The drive thru was lightning fast. I got the shareable meal: 2 Big Macs, 2 fries, 20 nuggets, and I ordered a large coke on the... side. Unfortunately the fries were stale, the nuggets were tough, the burger was a mess, and the soda was nearly gasless. I'llbe avoiding this McDonald's in the future. Read more
I?ve never had a good experience here expect for at breakfast. This McDonalds serves the worst tasting lunch items, they somehow... figured out how to make the soda taste bad as well. And they?re supposedly open till midnight but they closed 40 minutes earlyon a Friday night and were just turning people away. Read more
I have been an avid boy cotter of all things McDonald's basically my entire life. However due to financial hardship and the... amazing deals on the app I've had to push my personal feelings aside inorder to not starve. Of all the fast food apps out thereby far McDonald's give you the most for the least I can honestly say I am Able to eat there for free at least once a week and onother days barely spend more than. $4 Read more
Holy moly. it was disgusting. From the get-go, those doors are not wiped not cleaned. The floors were dirty, drink station... unkept and service non existent. The Mgr on site kept chatting and chatting and no regard for guests Read more
O.K. If you are out of something on the menu, put it on a sign before your customers get in line. No way out so there you sit.... Didn't have coke freeze and had to sit in line for 30 minutes. Pet peeve. Read more
