I tried returning a sour doe Jack and the manager Kevin was so rude and at the end of his interrogation said he wasn't a manager... and couldn't refund my money. I never had an experience like this before. Kevin should be fired and taught how to treatcustomers. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a retail store. The salad was old and moldy, I asked for BBQ and and salt and he repeated back to me "BBQ sauce and what else?" And I said salt,... he gave me one packet of salt, the little tiny square packets... Asked for no cheese and got cheese, it's like he did everythingexactly opposite of what I asked and its not like he didn't hear me correctly bc he would repeat everything back to me correctlythen proceed to do the exact opposite...
