They shouldn't be open 24 hours if they can't serve at night. I was in the drive thru on Monday evening around 1025pm. I was... 4th. I ended up not even getting the food I wanted. Each car took forever. When I finally reached the window, I was out oftime and just left..I knew it would be another 10 min and I had to get to LAX. Those 3 cars ahead of me, took 27 minutes. The food was is to be expected. The boys working the drive thru were having fun by imitating an old lady voice in the voicebox... and laughing about it. Took about 10 mins to get the food at the window half of my large fries where gone no big deal probablystandard cost cutting and they did not give us a receipt. (Pretty smart to prevent complaints TBH) I know people don't want towork at fast food so finding good people is hard to find but I would like to see some decorum while your on the clock. Jack inthe box is paying them to sit there laughing and acting kinda rude to the customers. I won't be going back to this one otheroptions are right across the street. I don't know how they forget one quarter of the ingredients...but somehow I didn't get the sausage of the sausage egg and cheese... biscuit. This place is just the worst. Always something wrong with the quality or quantity of the order. The only reason whythey stay open is because they are now the only fast food in the parking lot of a shopping center! Just awful. They probably have one of the widest varieties of burger and chicken sandwiches of all the fast food places, and have a pretty... broad selection of salads and other sides as well. For the most part the food is very consistent, and overall not bad. Ordered the chicken sandwich thinking it was going to be a good size sandwich.....only to be disappointed by a chicken nugget in... between two buns. Looks like I ordered the vegetarian burger.
