I love this place but they always make mistakes on my orders. Every time I order I get the same drinks but they only get it... right about 60% of the time. I buy from here at least 2 times a week. Coconut strawberry they ashtrays get right, avocado theyalways get wrong. Read more

What happened?! I just came back from getting 3 drinks and I paid for 2 additional scoops of boba for the blended Taro flavor... and unfortunately it was way less than what I used to get. I asked the girl if there was 3 scoops all together and she saidthere should be. Not only that but when I tried it, it was very thinned out. What happened guys?? I called the store 3 times to make a phone order and nobody ever answered the phone. I still took the time to go in person and I... see 3 employees just standing there doing nothing. They were all talking to each other and it took them a few seconds to noticethat I was there. I still don?t understand how they couldn?t manage to answer the phone with an empty store and I didn?t evenorder anything because my order would take 20minutes. That?s just crazy? never going back.
