Worst donuts in SCV! Stale, small and over priced !
I'm a Boston native, so I was beyond excited when Dunkin finally made it to the west coast. Unfortunately, there are only two... locations in my area, and the next closest one is about 20 minutes away, so if I want Dunks, I have to take my chances at thislocation, and they've gone WAY downhill recently. I've placed four orders in the last two months, and they've screwed it upevery single time. I always order through the app so they've got it in black and white, and there's no chance of their gettingconfused/forgetting/mishearing me. Yet they still manage to bungle it. Read more
I had a Door Dash order that originally was cancelled because they were out of something I wanted but I wasn?t sure exactly what... it was so I called and the girl or woman on the phone was very helpful and informed me that the donut I wanted was out so when Iordered again we both agreed to just put another donut on there. But instead this time I was like what the heck I?ll order amuffin instead, so I called and said thanks anyways I don?t need the donut in just gonna get a muffin! Then she called me backand said that they didn?t have the muffin I wanted so we finally agreed on a donut again for me to have instead. When I got myorder they gave me two extra donuts which is so sweet! I understand how things can run out so easily so I appreciate you takingthe time to make my day better with what you did have! I haven't had donuts in over 5 years and these were not bad at all. The selection is kind of slim and the prices are a little... too high for me, but the quality is there. I think the employees should keep the place a bit cleaner, that did bother me andthat's why I gave it a 3 star rating. Read more
