Sarah, the owner, is possibly one of the sweetest people we have ever met. We met her on our first visit while I was pregnant... with our first and she was so incredibly kind. From then on, this is our only spot to get ice cream. Now, 5 years and two kidslater- she still is so kind and friendly. We get all of our birthday cakes here and they are DELICIOUS and beautiful! The icecream is always scrumptious but it?s the incredible kindness and exceptional customer service that puts this Coldstone over thetop. Freddy is also super sweet and friendly! Possibly the worst CSC we have ever tried.4 people before us placed similar orders. But to my surprise our order quantity was... half of theirs. I can?t help notice that she asked me if me and my wife are together, when we walked in with our kid. I laterrealized that my wife is white and I am not. I am shocked to know that people like these still exists. And the ice cream wasmelting even before we got it. We also got a cookie batter which was just a chunk of salt, one bite and we almost threw up. Andgave one Oreo. This is just a weird place I will definitely avoid to visit again. Read more

This is the first one I've been to that does not allow me to layer one flavor from another. I was told I have to mix all the... flavors and toppings or mixtures all together. It did not come out well. If it would have been layered one flavor with thetoppings and the other flavor with the toppings it would have been good. They also used plastic wrap on top of the ice creaminstead of an actual cup or bowl covering which pushed all of the fudge down into it making it pointless as a drizzle. Since theflavors were mixed cannot differentiate the two. The one positive I found was that they have the waffle cones with chocolatesprinkles or almonds. Definitely missed the Heath or Reese's bowls that came from marble slab. If I had known that they weregoing to mix the flavors together I would have just chosen one If I also knew they were going to Saran wrap it together Iwouldn't have asked for chocolate / fudge drizzle. Visited with my parents after a nice out to dinner around 1030pm. It was busy in there and the staff was great. The ice cream... always is made well. The employees all seemed to work together well and ensured that everyone was being taken care of. I sawteamwork going on! At the register, the guy asked how our night was going and was friendly.
