Unfortunately the girls on 7/11/2022 at 9:35 didn?t know what an iced americano was and gave me an attitude (rolled eyes towards... one another) and talked down to me. I apologized for the questions and she rolled her eyes. I then asked to just have my moneyback and that was an issue they didn?t give me my money back. Very unfriendly and uneducated. First timer! On a road-trip and stopped here to caffeinate. This place can custom order anything and they have delicious... options!! I ordered the Nutella latte with almond milk, and my friend ordered the honey lavender matcha latte. Both delicious!And I got a medicine ball for my throat and that was also so good. Service and quality is always consistent! I love that there are two sides of the drive thru so the wait times are not long.... They're happy to customize drinks for you just the way you like them and they have a great loyalty program as well. Will be backagain and again! Read more
