They were fast for sure for how busy it was. Honestly they did over cook our fried chicken burger. 2 out of the 3. But still... edible. Good place to go when it's not busy. This was just a stop by on our way to six flags. Read more
Went through drive thru tonight, the girl helping us did not seem like she wanted to be there. It was dark and when I asked to... see the menu and leaned in to take a closer look she wouldn't move in closer for me to see, even when my husband on thepassenger side was trying to lean in to take a look at the menu she would not move closer. When I asked for an order to makesure it was not grilled she said yeah uh huh. Once it turned 7:59pm I'm guessing her shift was over at 8 because she just bookedit out of there but the next drive thru worker to help us was very nice. In the end she got one of our orders wrong. Placed my lunch order for my coworkers and I on the app for in store pick up. I get a 30 minute lunch. Grand total was 40 bucks.... When I go to the counter team member says I?ve picked up already?..Then they tell me that it was probably stolen. Had to waitfor the order to be done again. Then because food was cooked in a hurry, items weren?t customized as ordered on the app. Theyoffered me ONE free sandwich. Lunch was over so food went straight into the trash. Usually love chick fil a but they messed up two of my drink orders and told me to get a refund through Postmates even tho it was... their food prep that was the issue. Photo of a bug that was inside of my drink ALIVE and also my vanilla iced coffee was notvanilla. Stay away! Hopefully another chick fil a comes soon! Read more
