Drink was made bad. The reason I am giving this bad review however was I asked for a cup of water after paying for the $5 drink... and she said, yeah but it costs money. I get it, gotta cover the cost of the cup and everything, but really? What?s morevaluable, a .15 cup or a customers experience and willingness to come back. Read more

I mean?The lady was nice.. But drink was made horribly wrong. An Iced green tea latte shouldn?t fill up a venti cup halfway full... of foam? Although the staff seemed friendly, it seemed like nobody knew what they were doing. Read more
