We ordered catering for 20 people for a wedding reception on October 7, 2022 at the St. George location. We ordered the 3 meat... package with shredded pork, barbecue chicken, and tri-tip. Sides: Mac and cheese with bacon, Cole slaw, beans. Desserts: peachcobbler, chocolate sheet cake. We are from Texas so were very nervous about ordering for such an important event Out of state. Pork Bellies made the process so easy. Filled out the online order form, the request was approved and we paid. We never hadto call and check in again, we just picked up our food and it was ready as promised. The food was wonderful! We ordered for 20people but there was enough to feed a lot more. Probably twice as many. The shredded pork was my favorite. The sheet cake waseveryone?s favorite. It tasted homemade. The beans and the Mac and cheese with bacon were great and traveled well. Our rentalwas a 20-30 minutes away. The food stayed warm for the drive home. The only thing missing was pickles and onions. Sorry wemissed getting pictures of the desserts and bread. Such great food and the cutest interior! Also, really enjoy coming here because their staff has remained so cheerful and... professional even through this terrible post pandemic economy where work ethic isn't the same and people think they can just notshow up to work. I will most definitely continue to support this great hometown restaurant through whatever changes they need tomake to keep serving their delicious food! My kids are all thrilled, the food was delicious. The cowboys toys appetizer is our favorite, for their meals I had a couple... kids get the Mac Daddy (mac n cheese with BBQ pork appetizer) and they loved. I forgot about pics until we were all done eatingexcept my son who ordered late so I grabbed a pic of his jacked up (oriental and pork) sandwich. I'm not a huge tots person, butthey are so amazing here, check them out for sure. From another trip here: We love their cowboy tots. I had the Mac & Cheesewith pork and it was okay, I didn't love it tonight but the toys were amazing and everyone loved their individualdishes. Overall their tots are my favorite item then (& normally I'm not Huge fan of them), we get them everytime. The serviceis friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is cozy and rustic. My wife and I were beyond impressed with not only the food but the service was phenomenal! We ordered the Mac Daddy for an... appetizer and had both the chicken bomb which is a Saturday special and the chicken Monterey! All I can say is goodnessgracious! We will always come to this location and will bring friends and family here for now on! Now to talk about theservice! SASHA! She was such a sweetheart and treated my wife and I with such respect and you can tell she really loves whatshe does! We had a new drink before we ran out of our first, she had genuine conversations with us and even asked us about ourday and wished my wife a happy birthday! She made this place such a joy to come to! Had a wonderful dinner at Pork Belly's. The food and service were outstanding. The Ribs were meaty and cook perfect and the... loaded Shrimp Alfredo was on point. The sauce was flavorful and had great consistency. The Cowboy Tots were a great way to getthings started. Sasha was our server, she was so sweet and attentive. I believe one of the owners also came out and checked onus. We also really appreciate the to go containers being biodegradable. This will definitely be one of our regular places tofrequent.
