Waited 30 minutes, and my sandwich was wrong. Numerous customers walked out without even ordering because the employees didn't... acknowledge they were there. I understand that they are understaffed, but I've been there several times and always see differentemployees and someone new. It appears the turn over is high at this location. I think that maybe ordinarily I'd want to give a more negative review - but here is the thing, the labor shortage is a huge... problem for restaurants and services and so people need to chill out and have maybe 5 minutes of patience. Yesterday we went tograb dinner with my family. The young woman at the register was struggling, she mentioned it was her first time. No big deal. Another woman, obviously the supervisor or owner (?) had to keep stop doing what she was doing to help her out - they wereobviously understaffed. HOWEVER, despite it taking a minute to get our order in and our sandwiches served what was important tome was to see how the women treated her new young cashier. She could have easily got irritated with her or demeaning as she hadto repeat a couple of instructions, but she didn't. When service is slow no matter where you go and it is no fault of thebusiness owner of the overworked employees who show up then I guess what matters to me is that I support good people. Myexperience was just a moment of time, but having worked in the service industry in my early life I was grateful for a person whowas kind to not only us but her employee even when you could easily argue she would be justified to not be. So I chose tosupport good people and will be back. And most importantly, despite all of that, our sandwiches were good and she comped ussome chips because of a misunderstanding in the order. If you want a delicious sandwich this is a great place.

The quality of this location has gone downhill. The bread was fresh, the soda machine was shiney and spot free, the tables were... always wiped down and not sticky, the staff plentiful, hard working and kind, and the trash in the bathrooms was not piled over.As of my recent visit today, the only thing that has remained the same is the pleasant demeanor the employees. This is sad, I hardly ever post negative reviews. The Tables were all dirty, 4 employees. Obviously not happy to have customers.... They couldn?t be bothered to cut our sandwiches in half. No plastic ware. I tipped them at the register and wished I could takeit back. Almost no Customer Service was sad. Read more

Is this establishment ever open? Get there at 8pm they are closed try 7 pm closed again thought i would make it in today at 6pm... for sure. Nope they closed at 5pm today sorry for the inconvenience the note said. What a joke lets get more business that areopen when they say they will be on this side of town.
