We ordered 1 large strawberry shake and 1 medium strawberry malt ordered at the drive thru. LDid not look like any customers... inside. Saw 3 employees, but it looked like only 1 was doing all the work. Terrible service and very long wait. When we got theshakes the Strawberries were frozen. Felt like eating ice. Read more
AJ was training a new employee tonight. He was amazing. Great coach and teacher. I also let them know what great service they... provided tonight. Nearly every time we eat out at other restaurants since Covid our order is messed up or the staffing isterrible with lots of angry disengaged employees. Not here! Aj is a huge asset for you guys. Arctic Circle has quickly become my "go-to" fast food place. The kids love it too! The ice cream is delicious and I appreciate... the variety of flavors. The strawberry cheesecake shake is my favorite. The location in the Dixie Downs area is the best. Theemployees are great! Very efficient and friendly. I recommend a visit. Read more
We went for a quick ice cream stop. It literally took them 20 mins through the drive through to give us 3 simple cones and a... small shake. After 15 mins waiting they got our order wrong. Poor customer service. The person at the window was sweet butdidn't make up for the long wait on a fast food restaurant. Read more
One of my all time favorite burger joints. Inventors of Utah's " fry sauce" and in my opinion the best fries hands down. They... have delicious shakes with a long list of flavors and mix-ins. I had a butterfinger this time. I can only do a small one as theyare thick and rich. My husband had the mushroom burger. Normally we would order a family sized fry, but were told it was takenoff the menu. So we ordered two large. Wish they had left that in their menu as it is one of my families favorite treats toenjoy, a shake and a big bag of fries. Read more
Great food and great service. My sister and I are healthcare workers visiting from New Jersey a big city and we are so used to... the fast life not having conversations since we are always on go in the east coast. But, Brent the owner really gave usoutstanding service, spoke to us with kindness, and just reminded us to slow down and enjoy. They know customers on a personallevel which you don?t see often where I?m from. Brent and his team are truly wonderful and made our vacation 20x better.
