Ordered the green glow bowl today. Was so excited to try something new as I have tried the açaí bowl in the past and haven?t ... been disappointed, With this order, they forgot to add the avocado which is supposed to be one of the main ingredient speciallyfor me being a vegetarian. Upon asking, they said the bowl doesn?t come with avocado. I showed them the menu where it mentionedavocado. They finally agreed and brought me mashed avocado separately, quantity hardly a spoonful. And as seen in the picture,it looked black and unfresh but he didn?t seem to care so I kept quiet. It tasted so bad that I had to thrown the entirething. Few things that I experienced- For the price paid, I feel I could have got a better deal at some other place with freshfood and more attention. This was an absolute over priced item along with poor service. Very very disappointed!! Update- Afterthe review sent on instagram, they got back to me apologizing and asked me to show this message to the counter to get a freemedium size açaí bowl. I am surprised they want me to redeem a free entree by showing the same message to the staff. This isthe most stupid idea I ever heard of! Is there a guarantee they would still prepare the food with honesty and not take theirfrustration or anger out in the food???? PS- please note that their portion sizes have reduced drastically and prices haveincreased. Not worth the price at all. Read more

Not many places serving both healthy and delicious salad bowls. Loved it

This location is a bit challenging to find since it's in a large complex - parking also a little difficult if you are just... visiting there. I ordered the Dragon Bowl which was healthy and delicious if pricey. Read some comments that say you can make athome similar bowls for about 75% less. Store was clean and staff pleasant. Read more

While I love their bowls this location always seems to short change you when you order from them. This is my bowl after I mixed... in the fruits/nuts. Normally it should be brimming to the top considering it?s $15. I feel like I always get less from thislocation vs the one down the street which fills it to the top. I don?t know what gives. Most of the time I visit it's not very busy. Staff varies on friendliness depending on whose working. It's a nice and relaxing... place to eat lunch. They have breakfast and lunch/dinner options. Smoothies,coffee, and juice. Everything is fresh and very goodquality. I order through their app often . I love their app, it's very easy to customize your smoothie/bowl/salad, you caneasily add ingredients or take something away that you don't want. Read more

Great place for healthy bowls of fresh fruits. The only concern I have is that the açaí base is way too cold. In fact, my... throat hurt today from yesterday?s bowl. I?ll go back for sure but I wish they do something so that it can be eaten safely forpeople with fragile throats. Read more
