The food and service was good, but I feel a bit ripped off with the strange pricing. I wanted a 2.99 6 inch meatball sub. I... figured I would try the new garlic bread. The charge is $1 to upgrade to cheesy garlic bread. But they seemed to charge me for anew sandwich called the ultimate meatball sandwich which cost nearly $7. So rather than a one dollar upcharge to add a littlegarlic butter, it more than doubled the price. (From $3 to $7) So I just ended up feeling kinda ripped off. Read more
After initially mischarging me, the employee told me that ?The difference in price was inconsequential.? After telling him that... the difference in price was indeed an issue worth rectifying, the employee proceeded to misquote the listed price of thesandwich and tried give me incorrect change. Only after forcing the issue did he finally correct his error. His attitude (aswell as the attitude of his fellow employee) gave off the impression that somehow I was inconveniencing him, rather than theother way around. I've eaten here twice so far. The first time a lady helped us. She was great. The second time, an older man (the owner?) helped... us. He was not happy that we were using a coupon that we had received in the mail. He was rather rude. We've heard from otherpeople that this is the case as well. Read more
Awful customer service. The owner plainly refused and asked me to go to some other subway and get what i want when i politely... requested my choice of bread. He didn't even care to ask my preferences. He was very rude to me throughout. Worst experienceever! Read more
This is the second time I got the special sandwich, It taste horrible , I just throw it away. Do not buy the especial it seem... they are giving you the leftover. This not happen to me in other subways only in this one. Read more
Place is okay, a little bit smaller than usual. I had a coupon but unfortunately they DON'T accept coupons at this location.
