I work here in this mall, i come here nearly every day for a large almond milk latte. I've been here about 5 times a week for... the passed 2 years and they've only messed up my order(s) like twice and I'm pretty sure it was because i didn't annunciate myadd-ons correctly. 5 Stars for great service, great workers, and starbucks-tier food which is a pretty low standard but that'son the company, not the workers. They messed up my Espresso Frappucino completely. They didn't put a shot of espresso in it. They also put too many pumps of... the Frappucino roast when I said 1 pump. Did not follow the directions for specifications. Will not be ordering from insidethe mall again. Read more

I had visited this Starbucks on 10/04/2021 with myself(Christina) and kids. There was no wait line andstore was spacious and kept clean. I had my photo taken with my kids in store for memory. As we were just getting out of thehouse taking a walk getting out of the house for enjoyment. Store staff and customers were all very nice and friendly. They hadeven accommodated my request on adding an additional flavors to my drink since I could not taste it. Enjoyed my time out with mykids today here spending quality time together. I have not recommended this store to any family, friends, colleagues, entitledrelatives or people within their community. Awesome as always but why only 4 stars! I ordered a drink and it took a while to be delivered, but I understand that this place... can be very rush. But my drink had a tiny thing missed out, the sugar stayed at the bottom of my drink. Half the drink was lesssweet and half the drink was too sweet. Personal experience was a scenario of swing and miss from the store. Read more

Great place to get coffee and have some time off the shopping. Staff is great, place is quite clean but waiting area is way too... small. What is good though is that you usually get you drink faster than you can type this review. Read more
