The food is always good. Now if they can keep getting my Ice Coffee in a large cup as I ordered they'd be a 10 out of 10. Also... had an issue with this order. They were out of the soup I ordered. No one tried to contact me. It was for pick up and Ireceived the "It's ready" text. The gentleman working behind the counter heard what was going on as my husband was looking forour order for pick up. At no time did he speak up and say sorry we were out of the soup you ordered. He waited until my poorhusband was completely frustrated, then spoke up. That visit was a 3 out of 10. The ordered was placed via their app. So theycould have reached out to me. No excuses. Read more
Panera is basically a great bakery. They have varieties of breads and pastries, coffee ?, teas, sandwiches, Pizza, and soups.... Great for breakfast lunch or dinner. Read more

this chain has slowly become more and more of a ripoff over the years, $7 for just a cup of soup which took them 30 seconds to... whip up. I give it two stars for having a large space to gather and get to work done (although the Wi-Fi is extremely slow) butthey really need to find ways to make their meals better value Read more
This location has been okay in the past but needs to do better cleaning in between customers. Got the French Onion soup on a... bread bowl and the soup was only about half way filled. It tasted okay but was really disappointed that they don?t put cheese intheir French Onion. Cashier was friendly. Went around 2 pm so it wasn?t very crowded which was nice. Read more
This location makes expected provisions unavailable regularly -- probably to cut cost. Almond milk missing from self-serve area... [staff says they never put it out], syrup missing, plastic capper stick missing, two empty honey bottles at every visit. Dothey refill sanitizer? The counter person was very rude, pickup counter not trying to help either. Read more
