The food never seems to be fresh or hot ???? here. No line and order without onions and extra pickles. Still fry's are not fresh... and burger was not either. Have had this happen several times even at lunch hour. ???? I am going less and less often inNorthern California. Seems very different than stores in other regions. Read more
Today was jus bad I guess, got stuck in line behind 2 cars with nobody taking orders at the prompters so I pull up to the window... after the other 2 cars who ordered at the 1stwindow and where waiting for their orders at the 2nd window jus to have it shut onme while they resume ordering at the prompters behind me, nobody offering a guester to hold or understanding my order stillneeded to be placed. It was hard because I was on a quick break and needed to really jus order and go however spent 5mins in aline, got no food and was late to work so theres that. Read more
Juiciest quarter prouder I've ever had. They are fresh off the grill, seasoned just right, and the cheese melts when you bite... into it. Definetly the best McDonald location in the bay area. Read more

I ordered some nuggets here online and in-store and they keep putting in the wrong type of sauce. I asked for honey not honey... mustard and they keep putting honey mustard. I also went in-store and specifically asked for the PURE honey and I got honeymustard. I don't know what's hard about getting the right sauce. Don't go to this location, go to a different one. It was under staffed and I think that's why it took 30 min from the time we ordered our food to get our order. I understand that... times are tough. I didn't get my order called out I noticed an order on the counter which had no ticket I said to the staff othink it's mine they didn't know I said well who placed it here no one knew I showed them it was my same items. It wasn't agood experience. I really think they should close the inside and stick to drive through orders only! It would be much moreefficiently and there staff would be more in sync with what's going on Anyway won't be back to this location again. Read more
The star goes to its location only. The service staff were rude and irresponsible at the drive through when they didn't know how... to look up for a mobile order. The quality of food was bad as the SOPs were not strictly followed. If not in a hurry, tryLawrence, E El Camino, Steven Creek instead of this one. Read more
