The restrooms are kinda dirty other then that they are fast . It no big deal i mean its a pritty bussy area , and they never get... my orders wrong but I do forget to ask for ketchup so if they could start just putting it the bag without having to ask would bethe best . This Jack in the box on Homestead in Santa Clara is my favorite one because of the roses. Not really a good reason to love a... restaurant but they have beautiful rose bushes all along the drive-thru. Makes me happy to see them every time I visit. ???? So does the fact that I can get a couple of pretty good tacos for less than $5! Read more
For the burger, in n out exactly taste better. Fried chicken didn?t taste well also. I think I will not visit again.
Marginal at best. Ordered an Ultimate Cheeseburger, which I?m embarrassed to confess, I?ve been eating for decades. I honestly... didn?t recognize it last night. The patties have shrunken and the cheese wasn?t even melted. I shouldn?t complain, it?s fastfood at 11pm. What would you expect. Not my finest hour. Read more

I had a bad experience with my family at this location. The corporation managers should do something about this. I was waiting 5... minutes at the drive through and didn't get answered at all. I went to the restaurant and saw some employees eating inside andthe restaurant closed. I knocked on the door and they said it was Jack in the box policy to close the restaurant when eating. Iasked for a manager and they said there was no manager. I talked to an employee named Andrea and she gave me attitude. I toldher that I was a customer and she could lose her job and she simply responded with "I don't care". I don't know if it's onlythis location or all Jack in the box locations that have a policy to close when eating. Read more
Lost my Door Dash order! Claimed they didn't get it. Which is impossible by the way. I have DD order confirmation that proves... they lied. The crew was either lazy or incompetent one or the other, possibly both. Dodge this particular restaurant and go toanother. Jack, your crew here failed you. Read more
