It was a pretty ordinary tea. The tapioca balls were not that great, ?3 guys? was average So was the mango yakult. Service... wasn?t bad. One thing that I liked is they do ask for sugar percentage. You can order however sweet tea you like. The frontlooks good and the menu seems nice but the quality was not worth it as compared to other places. Overall an average place. DON'T DO ONLINE ORDERS. Tea is okay, we placed an online order for 2 drinks while at the place to skip the line but it took them... longer than waiting in line and getting your drinks, almost 40 MINS WAIT while we keep seeing people coming in and out withtheir drinks. On National Girlfriend's day I had arrived to this location excited to try a drink. To quench our thirst we went right for the... matcha and mango drinks, where we got an awesome sago mango drink. Okay I take my bubble tea very seriously. Which is pretty unfortunate because this was one of the worst bubble tea I've ever... tasted. I've always loved Coco, I go to them all the time back in Vancouver but I guess the way they make it is not the samebetween Canada and USA? I thought all franchises would be the same. I ordered a regular milk tea, 70% sugar.. The bubble teacame so sweet it was like 150% sweet compared to in Canada. I can literally taste a condensed milk, which is literally all thatI can taste. Also I can barely taste tea and the pearls had no taste. I can't rate the other teas since I didn't have it but thepearl milk tea is literally the worst I've ever tasted. Read more

It was located inside the Westfield shopping mall. We ordered the pudding milk tea, and gladly it was on sale. The most... surprising thing was that their products were generally cheaper than other tea shops. The flavor of the pudding milk tea wasexactly the same as the pudding milk tea from the Coco in Taiwan! Read more
