Chipotle is good, I get the white rice, black beans, chicken, sour cream and cheese bowl with a side of chips and queso blanco... amd a large iced tea. Its good food when you have a craving for it, but ever since they opened there hasn't been much change inthe menu, including variety. They need some more items on the menu. I came to this location due to is on my way from one job to another job,I work all day and sometimes I have to buy my food on my... way, I've been on this location for about 7 times and my purchases are always over 30dlls ,from that 7 times only 1 time I hadgreat service,I don't like to complain because I also work with customers and I totally understand that sometimes is reallystressful and tired sometimes I think I got there in the wrong time when are changing shifts and the crew is ready to gohome,but today they really got me to my limits,I'm used to be attended by rude personal,but this lady is above and beyond,Iordered my usual bowls,she was making my bowls so mad she was making faces the mask couldn't help her ,when she was done withthe first one she proceeded to rang me up without even asked me if I was done with my other,I told her that I wanted more bowlswhich she just turned around and started grabbing the bowl and spoon to serve my bowl without washing her hands or changinggloves when she was already at the register,she was super mad and mumbling under breath,I told her my order and told her nosalsa which she put extra this is really messed up cause I had to throw away my food it wasn't only waste of my money but mytime,I ended up without break and without food ...saaaad I hope this is something personal,like maybe they don't like me and isjust me and you guys are not treating your customers this way too Read more

Ive been going to this chipotle for many years, so this isn't a one time thing or a rash review. As far as chipotle goes, it's... chipotle. Like it or hate it. I'm not eating the food. The one star comes from the fact that this is one of the worst runChipotles I've ever seen. These guys can't even take orders half the time, and stuff is constantly destroyed. I have a feelingthat a new manager went in and it's been awful. These guys like won't even make u a quesidilla unless you order online, likewhy??? I mean seriously it is so terribly run. Standards have really fallen at this Chipotle. Rice was half cooked and most of the ingredients were over even 1 hr before... closing time. On top of that: bad customer service, we waited 10 mins before the chipotle employee helped us. They were chattingwith some friends before they came over to serve us. Read more

Worst food served and the chipotle app sucks. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I am having a bad experience at a chipotle. I ordered a... bowl with white rice black beans and toppings and also chips and salsa, guac on the side. when I placed the mobile order andwaited for 20 mins no one told anything. then I went and asked them. they told it will be made in 10 mins. they made a bowl withmushy white rice burnt black beans scratched from the bottom, none of my toppings were correct, the sour cream on top was spoiltand they said no side of chips or anything available when giving me this bowl. honestly the bowl tasted like feet. the appsupport sucks I dint get any refund or anything also. no wonder chipotle is being closed down by law in so many places. nevercoming back to any chipotle again.
