I came all the way from Australia and can I just say for once I have no words but I’ll try. The service was amazing I was... blown away. Don’t get me started on the food I ordered a salad thinking it would be basic but it was an explosion of flavoursin my mouth. Every bite was heaven every element of the meal paired perfectly. I was with my family and they ordered 3 servingsof tacos I don’t think they liked them ???? it is worth the 14 hr trip. Support this business you will not regret it. Read more

Fantastic dinner! Started with a bone marrow brushcetta then onto wagu beef. My husband had the fish special, that was... disappointing. The hard rice noodles didn't work with the delicate fish. But overall a wonderful meal. Read more

I always choose restaurant in new place reading different sources. The Black sheep looks good. Just upon arrival I felt... invisible. You know that feeling when there are two entrances and you got wrong and stuff behaves like you don’t exist.???? Iasked for zero sugar coke or pepsi for my son - no. I ordered risotto with truffle oil and it was oversalted like boiled in seawater. I had to complain and got normal one… I don’t think this is a service I expected from Chief’s cousin. Meanwhilewaiters are quite friendly and trying do their best. And my son loved butter pasta . Visit with care???? Read more

First, let me give credit to my husband for finding this gem... We eat out a lot, consider ourselves foodies, and I will drive... the 5 hours to return to this restaurant on a regular basis! Friendly staff greet you and seat you right away. The menu isonline, so you can go in with your preconceived ideas, just be ready to change your mind after speaking to wait staff. We had apre-fix meal, every bite was full of flavor. Points and counter points. Salty, citrusy, umami, bitter. Silky, crunchy, smoothtextures. And the dessert. Let's not get started. I imagine every item on the menu is amazing and will be making the drive tofind out! Read more

This place offers the chefs unique take on dishes, and you are dining the techniques and the chefs palette of flavors than your... usual sense of quality. For appetizer we had cherry tomatoes soaked in parmesan sauce topped with truffles, it was hard todescribe the multitude of cheesy and citricity flavors. For main dishes we had the famous shoryu ramen and a daily special fishdish. The fish was a kind of roll made from Mediterranean sole and another type of fish I forgot that offered a strong taste, certain the server wasn't kidding when he said only if you like fish! The ramen however impressed tremendously. It is made fromthree types of broth, which again gives additional flavor to the traditional shoryu. But as you taste the soup after finishingthe noodle, you realize how rich the shoryu flavor really was! Finally for desert we had a flourless chocolate torte, withcondensed milk, caramel and a cherry paste as sauce. It was extremely dense and is a chocolate attack, without being toostrong.on cocoa to make it bitter. What a dining experience! The only thing to be mindful of is to be patient, the dishescouldn't come fast. Read more
