We were surprised to find that there was just 1 employee working around 12-1pm on a Saturday. The line was very long to get our... 2 6in sandwiches. Read more

Service was really slow, which I do not blame on the employee. There was only one lady attending the store, no surprise there... were times when she was overwhelmed. Read more

The app is great, but the 5 Points location routinely has issues with accuracy of orders. This last time, they left the cheese... off my son's sandwich and instead of double lettuce on my sandwich, they gave me spinach. These are not little mistakes. Theyneed to pay attention to what they are doing. I will be checking orders before I leave, from now on. Read more

We have always loved the Tuna sandwich at Subway - it's almost the only kind we order. However today, we noticed they have... stopped offering avocado slices and are now offering guacamole instead. The big problem is that it's not labeled spicyguacamole: It's terrible and ruins the flavor of the tuna. This major change to spicy guacamole is a big mistake forSubway. Also, an observation of one of the workers almost made me leave the line. The black olives, jalapenos, and dill picklescounter containers needed to be refilled. A gloved worker grabbed (with his hand) two large handfuls of jalapenos and refilledthe counter's container; but then - without changing gloves - reached deep into the pickle supply bin to refill and mix thesenew "jalapeno-flavored" pickles with the pickles already in the counter container. I was shocked because I can't handlejalapenos but love dill pickles. He cross-contaminated both containers of dill pickles and the black olives too!! It was goodthat he used a glove, but should have thought about what he was doing. Then he took the supply containers with theircontaminated remains to the back room to be filled again. It was a busy time with several people in line. This coulld be ahealth issue for some people. Read more

Cheese was at the bottom, do you not chop anything up for salads anymore? This is a sad salad. I took it all out and cut it up... myself... It's missing lettuce and the avocado too. Ordering online should be convenient... This is horrible. Read more
