Had an absolutely fabulous pastrami Reuben. The sandwich was just perfect and honestly the only downside was I tried eating it... too fast. When the smell tempts you so much that you are willing to burn your mouth on a freshly cooked sandwich it is a goodsign. It might even be better if I had the willpower to wait for it to cool down.
