Curb side pick up is a joke. Total waste of time. Check everything WHILE they are standing there. They try and walk away. ... But 99% of the time the order is wrong and then you have to go in and stand in line. I make them wait now. I have had to driveback MANY times. Read more
I've been to McDonald's all over California in 40 plus years. Something is terribly wrong here. The drive thru order taker was... some young kid "with an attitude" trying to make everything as "difficult as possible". The I go to the pick up window and Theygive me a cup of "hot milk" instead of my hot latte that I ordered, and when I told them about it the next day they pretendedthey didn't even hear me, and then When they gave me my new order, the strawberry smoothie I ordered was a cup "full of whipcream only" no strawberry at all. They pretended nothing was wrong with it but made me another one at my insistence and it endedbeing the same thing. A cup full of whip cream. Still no response. Still insisting it was a strawberry smoothie. PI got mymoney back from them and the girl at the window said; "If you don't like it don't come back here no more" Huh? A surrealexperience. Hard to believe that it actually happened, and the manager stood there and didn't say a word. Didn't try to help meor resolve the issue or give me my money back for the latte that I paid for and never got. Their attitude was they were doing mea favor by ripping me off and offending me. I was reading the first review that is posted and that is why i will do mine. Months ago if not a year or so i came to this... Mcdonalds with My Bestie we payed for a Medium Latte they messed up on my Latte. We waited for my right drink and they gave me asmall latte. I wonder if this workers who are very disrespectful would like to be served this way and would serve their familyMother and Father this way im sure they wouldnt like it either. Im pretty sure they even give free food or bigger sizes to theirfamily members. The workers know what the protocols and trainings are in the Mcdonalds field im surprised they dont get put intheir place by the undercover customers who work for Mcdonalds. I recommended every Mcdonalds in Santa Barbara except for thisMesa location and the Goleta Fairview location. If you guys go to any other Mcdonalds in Santa Barbara you will see thedifference on how there is Mcdonalds Employees who Respect and Take their job seriously. I was also born in Santa Barbara andBad Service is not tolerated in this county either. We expect workers to give Great Customer service as i did when i worked inretail. If it wasnt for customers this Mcdonalds wouldnt be here We customers do our job by paying for our meal not one pennyless we dont mess up on our payment so why is it that this workers treat us bad and dont give us what we order. Makes no sensewhat so ever. If workers do not appreciate customers then they should quit their Jobs ASAP especially if they are not Greatfulfor customers. I know people who work in out of town Mcdonalds so theres alot of things that i know workers do and how strictsome Mcdonalds staff can be. I dont understand why this workers keep doing whatever they want and not doing their job as theyare supposed to and are getting payed for their work. I'm sorry but this isn't a large order of french fries. Just because you print large on the happy meal size fry's does not make... it a large. I don't want to have to buy 3 "large" orders of fry's to have what used to be a large. I am very unsatisfied withthis. The large soda is also much smaller. Read more
We often (Many times a day on the road) stop at Mc Donalds for a clean place to eat and freshen up before hitting the road again... with some great ice coffee. Congrats to this location for the paper straws. Unfortunately so far this is the only Mc Donaldsthat I have seen have them at this time. They are coming I?m sure as we all become more conscious together for our Mother Earth.Staff was great place was clean and as always coffee was great. Read more
It's a McDonald's I can't glorify it because it's a small McDonald's the capacity says 36 people but I don't that. It's a... McDonald's that's open late or twenty for hours I forget. It's near the city college so it's really placed for the collegestudents that always crave that late night snack. I like it because well it's McDonald's and two when nothing else is open whatdo you do. Order a large number seven and an Apple pie. Read more
