It took 30 minutes for them to get the ONE car in front of me through the drive thru process. She waited at the speaker forever,... who knows how long she was there before I arrived behind her. I repeated "no ketchup" three times, and Angie still took the bagback at the window apologizing for getting it wrong before I even opened the bag (I asked a fourth time just to be sure, becauseit wasn't specified on my receipt). We were in the drive thru (only the one car ahead of us) from 7:22pm at the speaker until7:54pm for one sourdough jack- no ketchup, with fries, no drink. Angie was the only person taking orders for both DT and cafe.My fries were cold when I got the bag. The sandwich was slightly warm, tasted funny, and had an unusual oily texture - since shetook my bag back and several minutes passed before a cold sandwich came back, I couldn't trust that my food hadn't been tamperedwith and I ended up throwing it away, even though I was very hungry and had not eaten all day. We ended up going to McDonald'sbecause I'd had a really hard few days and my husband wanted to try to get me a hot meal so I could start to feel better. Jackin the Box only compounded that bad experience. We tried to come here last week, but the line in drive thru was way long andunmoving so we tried to just go inside but it was locked. We left and went to Chick fil A because it was nearby. They got usthrough in 6 minutes. I'll never come to this JB location again, even though it's my favorite fast food chain. And before the(owner) gives me a canned response about how it's not supposed to be this bad, WE, the customers, know that! Tell it to yourteam! If we didn't think it should be a better experience, we wouldn't be leaving you these reviews in the first place! Guy at the drive through when asked post receipt of our food for a few more hot sauces took his sweet a$$ time ??.
Place is OK when ur on T he rush but don't expect top quality food because they don't have it as n f nobody speaks English ... try and keep ur order simple because what you order isn't what you will get always ask for a receipt Read more

They did not had the salad I wanted so I decided to have a different one instead. As you can see this salad is lacking lettuce,... the ?GRILL? chicken is over grill and the bacon really awful. Not to forget that the corn chips are past due. The slow staff tryhard enough to sell a bad salad! Come on, if you are lacking the ingredients, do not even try to sell something like this. Ibought two salads and both were the same, I feel robbed. Also, they called three numbers when in first place I was first.. andthe lady who was near the cooking oil was giving nasty looks.
