I?ve tried to order via Grubhub from here on multiple occasions and never actually get my cookies. Not only do they have an... excessively long expected delivery wait for what I assume are pre-made generic cookies, but they just never show up and eithercancel the order or claim to have delivered it when they didn?t. I?m not going to try to order from here any more as it?s just awaste of time and a huge disappointment. I really wanted the cookies. :( Read more
Even though the place advertised being open super late we came through before 10pm and they had the place shut down basically.... The people working weren?t helpful at all, they were more interested talking to their buddies hanging out with them at work.They were out of tons of items. The prices are crazy high here as well. I don?t mind paying for quality but this seriously wasall picked up from the clearance section at Vons or smart and final. Cookies were old, cold, hard/stale. The ice cream was basicas it comes, nothing at all special about it, definitely not made in house. I was served on a generic paper plate. Overall notworth your time or money to come here. Definitely recommend going elsewhere to get better quality/tasting food, better serviceand probably save some money doing so. Read more
Sure, it?s a chain. But it never disappoints!!! Insomnia always has delicious cookies and ice cream.
So appreciate desert after 10:00 PM when your night out gets extended. Good times strolling down State Street. Had the M&M... cookie and 2 scoops of cookie dough ice cream. Both fresh, cookie warm. We were on a road trip. Saw Insomnia on Google Maps and went to check it out. Looked like it was closed but it was the tinted... windows that fooled us ( Santa Barbara location) Yes, it?s really open until midnight or later on some days.
