Reviews for Fala Bar in Santa Barbara, CA
I had a falafel kale burger with hot sauce on the side and it was undoubtedly the best vegan burger I've ever eaten! Flavor,... spice, ingredients, quantity, quality.. everything was perfect! Read more
Fala burger was awesome! Highly reccomend this place for vegetarian food.
Always good in my 1+ year of eating there for business lunches. Sure it?s loud inside, it?s a food court but that?s beyond their... control. I suggest grabbing to-go then eat over at the Courthouse on the grass when it?s sunny. Better vibe. Foods great.Costs a bit but you get what you pay for. Read more
We got the southwest burger and it was really tasty! They gave us some extra bbq sauce and it definitely benefitted from it, but... the cabbage and the falafel and the pickles were a great combo. We also got the sweet potato fries, and they were good, butdefinitely not your classic deep fried fries. Really good with the hummus, though! Read more
I always love going to 100% vegan places. The portions here are quite large, but this is rather welcome as it's a tad pricey for... what it is. I enjoyed the falafel pita and their chips and guac are quite good (though again, rather expensive at $10). All inall a nice option downtown if you're vegan or just want to eat in a way that's better for your health and our planet and itsanimals Read more
The sweet potato falafels were a disappointment. Kale sandwich is so very good! Vegan and sustainable packaging. Win win! The... dipping sauces are weird tho.. disappointing. Read more
It is all organic. It is vegan and healthy. It is yummy. It is easy on the wallet. It is indoor dining in an airy atmosphere.... They have their own (Santa Barbara Public Market) parking. We had the kale burger and sweet potato fries. They were both awesome(Tip: The hot sauce and ketchup works great with the sweet potato fries). The gluten free option replaces the pita with cabbageleaves and it works great. The burger was also very filling. We will be back and with friends. Read more
Fala Bar is a great stopping place to grab a bite to eat, especially if you're with a group of people who aren't all vegan.... They're set up in a shared space with about half a dozen other food options (and a couple bars) and are walking distance to ahandful of cool spots in Santa Barbara, making it perfect for those visiting the area and looking for a quick lunch. The foodwas good, they had a decent amount of unique Mediterranean / falafel inspired options, and their chili sauce actually had somespice to it which was nice. While I enjoyed my meal and was full after, the $20+ after tax and tip per person was a little steepfor what we got. Ultimately, I'll probably be back here again, but I won't be making any long distance special trips just forit. Read more
