First time here! At first glance, I could already see that our pizzas looked more appetizing than our hometown Dominoes' pizzas.... Not only that, my husband couldn't believe they remembered our sauces! AND...they even asked if we needed paper plates andnapkins. Read more

Good luck getting the pizza you ordered from this location. There is always at least one topping missing and it's extremely rare... to get the garlic butter crust when you order hand tossed. Read more

I usually get my orders in fairly easily and enjoy Domino?s pizza. My only complaint (and the three raring) is that they make... it very hard to use their gift cards on line. Read more

6 employees working on a Friday night. My order could not be more wrong. All ingredients replaced with others. No one informed... me via email or phone. I do never complain about anything but this is insane and the only response from the person at thecashier. I'm sorry and we will make a new pizza. An apology is basic and to let me wait is unacceptable. Customer servicecouldn't be worse. To reach customer service at dominos to make a complain/ tell them what happened is pretty much impossible.Thank you dominos for another great experience. This place is not to recommend. Thomas G. Raul...wanted to give your location the benefit of the doubt out of respect and not review you guys right after the incident... with my order but the way you handled it was pretty disappointing. Never experienced something like this from a restaurantbefore: I ordered delivery on a Tuesday night via online order, waited over an hour until the Dominoes tracker said "Rauldouble checked your order for perfection" so the order itself definitely had gone through to them. I never received my orderthat night, despite numerous attempted calls to their location which took me straight to voice mail. I'm then thinking OK,they'll obviously just refund it and I just won't purchase anything from that location again, no harm done. I wait a few daysfor the refund, however the charge goes THROUGH and posts on my account despite me never having received my order. I've neverordered delivery from a restaurant that not only DIDN'T DELIVER AT ALL but also CHARGED ME FOR IT. Despite all that, I gavethem a call to respectfully ask what happened, assistant manager (who was friendly) picked up and said she wasn't sure how tohelp due to limited access and referred me to Raul who was expected to come in at 8PM and told me to call back then. Hourslater, I call back at around 8:30PM, only to be told by another employee that Raul STILL isn't in and he will write my numberdown and will have Raul call me back. An hour later, Raul finally calls back with some story that he didn't see the order inthe system that night and if I wanted that order delivered tonight (5 days later). I say no, if all you can offer me after allthis is to redeliver my order (without a refund or anything by the way) as if nothing was wrong, I'll just take a refund. Hesays ok you'll just get a refund, and quickly hangs up. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.
