Elena is an amazing worker she was so sweet! Little Ceasar's screwed our order and canceled so we had to come to dominoes at... 10:30 PM. She was on her own having to do tons of orders and because the wait was so long she comped our wings. Worst dominos in California. Please read this comment and other comments about Naomi the manager. She?s horrible. They never... even bothered to deliver my order and marked it as delivered on the tracker. He never called, never approached my house. Icalled the restaurant to let them know that I was home and saw the driver arrive and drive away, and they hung up on me twice. Icalled again and was shouted at by their female employee, then quickly issued a refund. When I called the next morning to reportthe situation to the manager Naomi she said they told her their side of the story and there?s nothing she can do. What a joke.She never even bothered to listen or ask for proof that I would have given her. I also have a ring camera that got all of thison record. Not sure what the motive was behind that behavior but it?s just not worth tolerating. I hope this location getsclosed down. Read more
I love the Food Quality from this particular Domino's ???? It Tastes Delicious ????each and every time. Nice and Hot when... delivered, and if for some reason delayed or a problem! THEY WILL BRING YOU A REPLACEMENT FREE OF CHARGE!!! *I have never hadto do that Yet in the over 6 yrs at my address now. My pizza was cold and my buffalo chicken had very little buffalo sauce. It also sat in "quality check" for 20-30 min (no wonder... it got cold). Guy answering the phone seemed like he didnt want to help. Read more
Decent chain pizza, delivered on time as ordered. People complaining about a delivery charge and stiffing delivery drivers... shouldn?t be ordering delivery. Consistency is hard to find these days and domino?s seems to have it. Read more
Well there's not a whole lot of positive feedback I can share about Dominos. One thing that really pisses me off though is they... charge like $5 for delivery so I have a real problem tipping the delivery drivers . Why should people have to feel guilty aboutnot wanting to tip, or does the $5 go to the delivery driver anyway???? Makes you wonder... and you shouldn't have to, It'sDominos. Not diggin it. Read more
Well theres pieces missing cause I was super stoned. On the other hand you cant get better then 13$ for two pizzas. I like this... location just a little better then the state street one cause the crust is a little more done. And I like the price way betterthen rusty's any day. Read more
