The ice cream didn't taste like anything except sugar and the place was dirty. There was dust everywhere. Would not come again.
Their hours weren?t updated on Google they refused to serve us at 10:05 saying they closed at 10. Google said they were open... until 11 so we were super bummed. Read more
Well I wanted The Caramel Banana Crunch but they were out of Vanilla. So, they offered sweet cream..because the young lady said... they taste the same I took her advice. Well we were wrong. Took my family there one evening, walked in and it smelled of urine. Turns out they were allowing a homeless person sleep on... their inside bench with wet urine soaked pants. Absolutely disgusting! Walked out and went to the competition down the street,which was clean and the ice cream was delicious! Read more
I mean I really do like Cold Stone Creamery in general. But every time I go to Santa Barbara there always seems to be the same... type of high school students working behind the counter and not really attending to customers or cleaning up the place. But justsocially chatting together. It's not my favorite location here in Santa Barbara. But it's not hard to scoop ice cream and keepthe ice cream consistent.
