Price gouged on the spicy chicken. Wish I saved receipt to show proof. Unfortunately I have had various experiences with... different Tapioca Express locations. Once of my favorite places used to be another Tapioca Express in the OC so we decided togive this place a try. As a consumer I should of spoken up against it but I was in a rush and I didn't feel like making a scenein front of kids. So a few months ago we ordered a bunch of boba drinks and five orders of the spicy chicken. I know there wassupply chain issues and possible price changes in chicken because of the culling of chickens due to the bird flu. Anyways theproblem I have was that the single worker (we went at an off time) did not tell us of the price change in chicken. It wasn'tuntil after we had ordered and was about to pay when I noticed that the bill was unusually high. I really should of justcancelled the chicken orders but I was conflicted about disappointing kids after not finding another place that had good spicychicken. Each order of chicken came in around nine dollars. To add insult to injury, my wife said the chicken tasted sour andlow and behold a few hours later she and a few weaker tummy members of the family had stomach issues. As consumers you shouldalways be able to walk away, but since that is too late for me I can only give others a fair warning. Maybe that was an off dayfor them, who knows but I will likely not be going back to that location for a long time. Read more

Went Tuesday and the cashier was so nice. Glad to have found this one because the one closer to me closed.

it has a sign on the door that says they're closed saturday & sundays, so they must not have updated their hours online.

The food and milk teas are really good. Their menu has a huge variety of flavor milk teas, snacks, and meals. This is the... perfect place to come on a hot day. They make their drinks very quick so you don?t have to worry for long waits. My favoritemilk tea so far is their Okinawa Milk Tea. Try it, you won?t regret it :) Read more

Look, "Tapioca Express" isn't that inspiring of a name, and I assume it may translate better in Taiwan. But don't let that... stop you from trying them out. I'm never sure what to expect when I order food from a place like this, but I wanted a snack anddecided to try the crispy chicken and the fried string beans. I definitely wasn't expecting the piping hot bits of chickenbliss with the sweet chili dipping sauce. Just amazing! They also offer ranch sauce if that's more to your taste. Thestring beans had a light salty glaze, and were a great compliment to the chicken and Boba. Both snacks came in small bags witha wooden skewer (like a gigantic toothpick) to eat with, which wasn't ideal for string beans but it's workable. The boba was Ihad was pretty good and they offer a wide variety. But definitely added this place to my list of places to return when I'm intown. Read more

I was here a couple nights ago, I got a large peach mango snow bubble with boba and the chi chi fries. I always get snow bubbles... from here because it?s like a smoothie, and they are my favorite! I really like that I can mix 2 flavors, which is awesome!! Andtheir boba is soooo good!!! It?s made fresh everyday and it?s nice and warm and soft and chewy at the bottom when the first fiveit to you, and they give you so much! I try to mix it in the smoothie as much as I can to drink an even ratio of boba tosmoothie lol and sometimes I like to get half boba and half pipping bubbles, yum! ???? The chi chi fries were pretty good, theyask you how spicy you want it, I said very spicy. It?s fries with chicken, cheese, and their seasoning. It?s a really goodsnack. I came to study some homework, so I brought my laptop and it was easy to connect to the WiFi, but the music was prettyloud and I needed some serious concentration for my study so I felt distracted. There was an outlet on the wall right beside me.It?s a good place to come hang out and chill on your computer if you don?t have to seriously concentrate, or if your not easilydistracted like me. Drinks ???????? Snacks ???????? WiFi ???????? Read more

Friendly, family owned shop with dependable wifi and open relatively late. Their crispy chicken is pretty good, but can get... spicy! Read more
