The workers don't take feedback lightly. I came in to order a combo, and the cashier actually tried upselling me the 2 other... aspects of the combo (chips and drink). I declined the offer to size up, and the cashier insisted that it was a better deal toget a more large drink. I hope my appearance didn't trigger this, as the next question that came out of the cashier was if Ineeded a new sub with healthier options. I completely thought I was in a silly prank situation, but as flat as the atmosphere ofthe store was, also was her face. This cashier was serious, and I walked out with a soggy sandwich and chips with a drink. Notcoming back here. I recommend the same to others. Santa Ana doesn't mess around ???? Read more
It's an okay subway it's convenient for my house but they don't have a drink option for me that's not sugary and not caffeinated... and that isn't water. Read more
The way Subway offers work is know different, when you redeem your offer and close the browser the offer will show as expired. I... had a problem at the restaurant I closed the offer. The cashier wanted to see the offer for a second time and my offer showedexpired. She didn't honor the offer eventhough she had already seen it. I had to leave my two foot long sandwiches. Sheconfirmed this change by redeeming her own offer on her phone, and she still didn't honor my sub offer. I can't explain herbehavior. Another staff gave me a couple complementary cookies the next day that I returned. We can't blame everybody for theactions of one person. Read more
Employees talking in spanish, after finishing order; clear sign that it's "free cookie tuesday", yet no mention of it at the... register/during my order. Was clear, and polite, throughout, with the lady employee that took my order; another case ofsensitive, attitude-driven feelings interfering with one's work ethic and service; sad. :/ Just read other reviews; I can'third' the skimpy toppings . Love it when they run their specials. It's giving me a chance to find many Subways Within Minnie Mouse from where I live. I have... never gotten a bad sandwich at Subway and do not expect to have any problems in the future. Read more
I ordered the sandwich and the person who made the sandwich barely added any of the condiments. I asked for jalapenos and i can... count how many she put in it was like 6 pieces for a foot long. The girl did this for every condiment I requested and by thetime the sandwich was made It was the most thin tuna sandwich I've ever had! This place is terrible. Read more
DISAPPOINTED The girl Working there (Monday 12:00pm) was very stingy about the sandwich and tried to up sell me on more items... for an extra 1.50. You can feel her "desperateness" to penny pinch every little piece possible and the sandwhich was defiantlyUnfulfilling unlike it usual is. This was my go to place for the last 2 weeks every lunch and I was basically a regular. Herexperience gave a bad taste in my mouth about it.
