I go sometimes and one day I've ordered a Ft long veggie delight sandwich and the girl only pit a 4 slices of cheese when it... comes with 8. Sje put 4 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, and little lettuce and spinach. I was like really? Everytime I go there nomatter what meet I get they put so little veggies. Was in the area, stoped over to have subway since I hadn?t have it for awhile. A heavy set lady with blue hair and glasses with... tons of attitude helped me! She was very sloppy they way she fixed the sandwich and wrapped it up. I don?t understand, why heror others like her just quite and look for another job if they don?t like what they do? She probably wants to be a manager or abusiness owner, so she should just go for that and let someone who really needs the job and money takes over. I think one of thereason subway if going down so fast is because of the kind of the employees they hire. Read more
When we walked in to order at 6:37 pm the lady was cleaning the Floor with machine and we couldn't find place to sit or place... our order...from my understanding this store is open till 11:00 o'clock and they could do this before or after the hours notdiner time.... Read more
Today, a young lady who works with green eyes handled a customer extremely compassionately even when the tall bald man was being... obdurate. The young lady admitted that she didn?t know the tax rate for sandwiches that are ?toasted? as opposed to those thataren?t and the receipt apparently doesn?t reflect this discrepancy either. Today i went in with my son and husband and we were deciding what to get and the girl their was rude she didnt give me time to... finsh deciding and was hurrying me up to get just anything the sad part was we were the only was their if you dont like customerservice or helping people out you shouldn't be working i will never go to this subway again they should be respectful of thecustomers but they aren't ! It gets busy at times and there will be long lines since the shop is pretty small. It's best to NOT go when it's the lunch rush.... It's a good place and it's quiet to stay there and eat. Arriving when it's busy is not a good idea if all you want to order isone sandwich. Don't expect great customer service when giving bad attitude to the employees. Yes, it may be their job regardlessbut it makes you look like a complete jerk. (speaking from an incident I saw during my visit).
