While the staff was nice and friendly, the service seemed to be slow. From walking into the store, and out again took a little... more then 20 minutes to leave. I found this odd because there was at least six employees behind the counter which I really seeat a Starbucks and the inside was not overly busy. Know to be honest I don't inside Starbucks all that often, so I can't say ifthat is normal operating procedure or not. The other slight issue I had was with my drink, I did get what I ordered, a Java chipFrappuccino, and the flavor was great, bit the chunks of ice, and chocolate were huge, and made it hard to drink it. Dropped by while waiting for my car got serviced nearby. First, the store was dirty. Did not see the store staff come out to... clean the tables. So, I had to clean the table myself. Second, the cashier (Emily) initially said I could not use my accumulatedstars to get a drink. Then she said she could. Then she ended up giving me a small drink. And she would not make a larger sizebecause it was already made. Bad service, dirty store. Trash on seats, crumbs and water on tables. Read more

09/23/22 around 9:30pm came in to grab some drinks with my husband I order through the drive-thru a mocha frappe first drink... seemed it was just milk no flavor at all then my husband went back to let the girl know and she was like okay we will remake itsecond drink was even worst seem she didn?t put to much effort as well , whip cream was all over the cup and same as the firstone no flavor . honestly I love Starbucks but definitely this location doesn?t do a great job ! Both the coffee and service were acceptable, however, the noise was not. This Starbucks has a high degree of hard surfaces that... do not absorb extraneous sounds. Consequently, having a conversation, becomes an exercise in frustration as many words areincomprehensible. We ended up leaving to meet elsewhere and vowed to not return to this location. Invest in some sounddeadening material, and your customer satisfaction will greatly improve. Read more

Welcoming morning!!! My brothers funeral arrangements was this morning that we came to grab some coffee here!! I don't know if... it was because the team lead, the manager , and the crew manager were there but what ever it was, you should always give thatwelcoming to everybody everyday!! A group of us went to attempt to get In and door was locked. There was another person waiting to get there sandwich replaced... because it had fallen from the faulty bag and employee came out 3-4 times and saw us standing there and never addressed us orcommunicated anything. Finally she came out and looked at us and said we're closed for 4 hours for training, only drive thru isopen (very rudely). So we got in our car went to drive thru, that employees attitude was not any better. After getting out ofcar the bag I had was also bad and sandwich fell on floor. Went back to replace and didn't even get an apology. Employee atdrive thru said "oh you got a faulty bag hu". Exchanged it and bag was still bad and wide open from both sides. Do they not careabout their customers? They are training new employees, but I don't think current employees are trained properly. Any regionalmanager reading this, GO TRAIN THEM PROPERLY!! Read more
