It?s not even busy but they still managed to ?forget? to make my order even though I was waiting in line and already paid. On... top of that they didn?t get straight to making my drink but made me wait an extra 10 minutes before starting on it. Read more
Easily, the worst Starbucks I?ve ever visited. Not only is the drive through line long, but they still accept mobile orders... after 8 p.m., even though they claim to be 24 hours. Don?t bother going to the door, they?ll direct you to the drive throughline to pick up your mobile order. The one convenient feature is made inconvenient by these fools. This place is the epitome offailure. I?ll make sure to go out of my way to the Starbucks half a mile out, so I don?t have to bother with them. I adviseanyone to visit any other location. Read more
Excellent customer service very clean business
Tonight I wanted to get a quick bite and a cup of coffee here at Starbucks. Since I the beginning I noticed that the cashier was... being extremely rude, her name was Reyna. I don't if she was mad or just jaded but maybe she shouldn't work the register verybad attitude. It's 9:48 PM and a Sunday night. Hopefully I won't see her around here. Also the trash was overflowing. I had anintention of tipping but this person was that bad so I didn't. Hopefully management can do something about this. Read more
The employees are nice and they welcome you. The store was somehow empty of products and the floor was really dirty and the... bathroom needed some atenction. The drink where good ! I order a caffee for my husband and they didn't have the dark roast andthe lady who was making the order was supper attentive she did let me know about it and ask if she can fix it with a shot.
