UberEats Drivers: DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS FROM HERE! Tldr; Do not listen to their instructions. Do not wait in stall and make sure... you go with drive thru. Please read below for full experience as an Uber Eats: Their instructions for pick up explicitlystates to wait in a stall and NOT to enter restaurant or use drive-thru. I waited in my stall for over 10 minutes. Clicking thebutton did not work, i tried calling them and their mailbox is full. Of course, at that point I got in trouble with mycustomer. I went to drive thru because at that point I had nothing to lose. I just mentioned that im uber eats and Without anyhesitation the server says they will bring out the order right out. In other words, I waited for over 10 minutes and lost on mycustomer review for nothing. Please note that there were two other cars waiting in stalls like me. When I gave up and went todrive thru, they followed me to drive thru as well. Basically, no one was checking the stalls. Not only it is inconsistent withtheir instructions. As a customer it is already frustrating enough when your order is wrong But what do you call when you?reharming your fellow workers? Horrible! I parked in a "slot" and pushed the big red button, and the screen told me I would be contacted by staff shortly. I... tried pressing the big red button several times more when it seemed I had been forgotten. After fifteen (or twenty) minutes Iwent to the drivethru line, but I was angry. I asked for fresh food because I knew the online order was getting cold by then. Igot more upset when the girl pushed the lukewarm bag at me. I am afraid that I lost my temper. We frequent this location often and usually have some issue with order correctness but not a huge deal. On this particular day... we ordered 6 of their shark week drinks, one strawberry slush, one strawberry limeade. All 6 shark drinks were made with outstrawberry and we received two strawberry slushy. Our 15 minute stop with six kids in tow turned into a 35 minute ordeal to getour order fixed. The waitress person wasn't understanding what was wrong with our order so we waited for the manager. I usually like Sonic but I don't think I'd choose to come back to this particular one. Not sure if the staff just don't care or... if this was just a one-off day, but I waited at the kiosk for a solid 10 minutes before giving up and going somewhereelse. There were a couple people in line at the drive-thru, but they seemed to go by quickly. I pressed the red button toorder, but it turned off in about 5 seconds, with no prompt that my call had been made. Thinking I had just pressed it toosoftly, I waited a minute and then pressed it again. This time the prompt that staff would help me shortly popped up on thescreen, but after about 30 seconds the red button stopped blinking. I gave it another 6 or so minutes and then left. Could Ihave jusr gone through the drive-thru and then parked? Sure, I'll admit that. But then one has to wonder why they even have theparking menu available if they're just going to force everyone to use the drive-thru or leave. Why not just cone off all theparking spaces? Wow that was a terrible fast food experience. I got three sandwiches, one of which was a chicken sandwich. Took one bite and the... caked on breading came right off like a stale potato chip. The piece of chicken was so overcooked that it was very tough, flat,and rubbery. Top it off with a giant round piece of the lettuce that was from the core of the head so it was all white.Basically inedible. Worst chicken sandwich I have ever tried. Makes chic-fil-a look like fine dining in comparison. Never again,Sonic. How is this place still in business? Read more
