All the girls at this location look mad. Don?t come to work with an attitude. You are giving panda a bad name. One of the girls... counted 3 broccoli and placed on my plate when I asked for more.. said she couldn?t. I let her know id pay for it if it was toomuch trouble. The employees here are so rude, and this isn't the first time they've been rude. I've been to other Panda locations, and if I... did ask for a bit extra rice, they would give it to me, no problem. However, at this location, the employee told me it was "theportion" they gave. And then the manager also took to make it a point of telling me it's "the portion." I heard you guys once.It felt very condescending. They also tried to charge me $1.50 for a small box of rice. I didn't ask for a small box, just anextra nib. I usually come here for the convenience, but maybe I should just drive a little farther for better customerservice. Oh, and the cherry on top is when the employee asked me if I wanted egg rolls. I was getting food to go for my family after work. I was waiting 30 minutes for mushroom chicken and the girl/cook kept cooking... other dishes beside mushroom chicken that I was waiting for and kept on talking to her male co-worker???? The girl who served myfood kept telling the cook that she need mushroom chicken for waiting customer but the cook totally ignored the server!! Theserver kept apologizing to me! The set up is weird-not the typical panda express layout. You cant see the menu, so u have to "step out" of line to see what... choice they have. They are constantly out of food, so dont expect it to be in and out type of thing at least 20mins maybe moreif u have to wait for your food to be cooked. Other than that its the typical panda express. Read more
Can't really go wrong with Panda Express for Chinese food. There is never a long line, Don't forget to ask for all the sauces.
