Bought soda and asked to use toilet. Staff says out-of-order. Please put up a sign saying so.
"Upgraded" and therefore upcharged me without asking if that's what I wanted. The staff at window #2 was an interesting group... who seemed to have no idea what was going on, handing me most of my food then staring at me waiting for me to leave. I askedabout my drink and other items yet they seemed baffled. All in all, I should have gone to a different restaurant for a quickbite for my family. Read more
All my order was wrong the drinks are warm and the new kids meal I ordered I wanted the 10 nuggets and I come home to find out... it was the big mac plus i was parked for 2 small sodas to come and find out there was no ice. Very disappointed! Read more
I was doing curbside pickup and was waiting around 20 minutes and no one had come out. I saw that other people got their food... taken to them after they had come after me. I went inside to ask about the order and I did get my order but the cashier helpingme seemed mildly annoyed which was unpleasant. Like despite getting my food really late, I still would've rated this a 4 or 5 ifit was handled differently but the visibly annoyed look the cashier had lowered that experience. These petty people charge extra for SAUCE. Then they will forget your pickles. Give you a small squirt of sauce. Refuse your... receipt. Broken screen for ordering. Couldn?t even read the menu. Read more
Hit or miss honestly. Sometimes this is one of the best locations, sometimes no. Wait times can be long and they randomly turn... off their mobile order/credit card machines. I usually avoid. Read more
This place is ok, customer service is not the best, but most mcdonald's places are the same. The line usually does pretty fast.... They tend to forget food items alot so make sure you double check you got all your food. Sometimes they will make you wait justfor one item. One time u waited 15 minutes for one item, a mc chicken when i went to go ask what the status was no one had anyidea, the name said i shouldn't of had to wait for mcchicken, no body wanted to confess that they told me to wait only to bethere a long time and never get my food item. So i had to go get my receipt then they said what took you so long to come.Anyways it was bad customer service. Read more
