I went at 12:30 am on friday night through drive through. Not only is my double quarter pounder with cheese undercooked, my fries are missing.
An employee literally tried to fight me through the drive through window one time I failed to write a review and then today I... was told by the woman at the second window (drive thru) that if I wanted a cup of water to ask for it when ordering my food nexttime because it slows them down. Ok?.. but you are literally wasting more time standing there telling me this instead of justpouring a water cup. These people need better training and communication skills. There could have been a more professional wayto tell me this, I would have understood and been unbothered. Employees where polite but it was hard to get any condiments, restroom service and a simple refill. Super crowded tables where... dirty, there self serve soda machine has been out Of service since the pandemic I think or maybe because there's severalhomeless people around they kept it like that it will explain why they buzz you to open restroom.
