Busy airport location = long line, reduced menu and almost Hong Kong levels of surprisingly fresh and hot. I'll take it!
Although the food was ok, there wasn?t very good service. I had to wait for my coffee after receiving my food.
Great experience at this McDonald's inside SNA. Food was great and to-order. The service really stood out. The man running the... cash register was actually standing between two registers and running them both at the same time. I've never seen that before.It helped move the line quickly, and he was friendly and professional as he managed to do it. They serve breakfast until 10:30a(at least on weekdays), so you'll have to order a McMuffin instead of McNuggets for your 11am flight! Read more
Food is on par with any McD restaurant. Just don?t think you can zip in and out quickly. Lines are almost always long during... early morning hours with typically only 1 cashier taking orders. Managerial staff needs to get more people here especiallyduring the holiday season when they know there is more traffic. Read more
At the airport in Santa Ana, with not a lot of choices for fast food prior to boarding. I always regret making these poor... decisions when eating at a fast food chain, and especially at the airport. Well to my surprise, the service was exceptional,the lady at the counter was a gem, welcoming, patient with people in front of me where indecisive. The food was freshly madeboth the sandwich and the fries, and the sandwich was not a rush job with haphazardly placed items over the chicken. I see that lots of people had negative experiences with this McDonald's. But, I cannot relate. The cashier was extremely... friendly and the service was prompt. My food came out within a couple minutes to my surprise as well. For an airport Mcdonaldstheir food was higher quality in the realm of fast food. My fries were extra hot and crispy & my chicken nuggets were of thesame quality. Read more
Today at 3:18 pm I waited 20 minutes for 2 cookies which is already ridiculous however when I asked the young lady who was... filling orders about my cookies she was very rude and sharply told me that my order wasn?t ready. I tried asking twice and shewas incredibly rude both times. Eventually a nice older lady asked me if I needed help and I explained I had been waiting 20minutes for 2 cookies, this lady apologized and immediately put 2 cookies in a bag for me. The grumpy young girl threw away myreceipt while the other lady put my cookies in the bag. Every time I have been to this location there has been some sort ofproblem and I can?t waste time being disrespected like this. I will never go to this location again! Read more
