Must try mouth watering pan fried dumplings with different varieties of taste. Gourmet juice pan-fried bun! Price is fair but... with a Yelp review you get a 10% promotional discount off while still exist. Nice atmosphere here with new furnished furnitureand a see through window to see staffs making dumplings and buns. QR code to scan and order for tour table was an ease. Have been here a couple times. Very authentic Shanghai food with modern setup. Super juicy and tasty pan fried baos. The soups... are healthy and delicious too. Became one of favorite places for a quick eat in Santa Ana. Read more
We were their customer since the height of Covid and they focused mostly on delivery, but now they have a real cool restaurant... and the food quality is still great.\nIf you want to go for reliable food, just order the Assorted pan-fried pork buns. Overall, a pretty good comfort food experience that could be a quick meal of juicy buns. However, I don?t think that on the... spectrum of pan-fried buns these were spectacular. The color on the buns was great, but the texture of the bun is weak. Thecontrast of fluffy dough and crispy bottom is what makes it good, and I feel like the doughy bun was just okay in quality.
