Drive thru order, employee not friendly at all!! Why is he talking to me like a friend??? Anyways, he told me to park in front... b/c they are frying my extra crispy chicken... waited 10 minutes in the car but no one came out. So, I entered the restaurantand saw 3 employees chatting lol. One of them saw me walking in, then grabbed my order bag which was sitting on the cashier... Iknow restaurants are suffering from employee shortage, but these employees need to start working and be courteous tocustomers... if they want to play around, then do so when not working. after all, they may not get paid a lot, but they aregetting paid for goofing around and being rude to customers. what a shame for KFC. The restaurant inside was clean and neat, the customer service form the lady was exceptional. @this location we got a family... pack for dinner, the food is good for the price.... ok now the negative side, the food was serviced fast but at cost ofquality on the food as they have it pre-cooked and its not hot. The sides as showed we're not completely filled. They have doordash etc and drive thru for your convenience. Read more
I'm not sure if it's a location thing but many times the popcorn chicken I order would be just breaded bits with no chicken in... it.... And it would be dry and hard like pieces of rocks. I threw out my entire order because what I ordered wasn't "popcornchicken" more like popcorn breaded pieces of hard rocks.
