Not very friendly. Seems like I was putting them out. Get jersey Mike's alot. And this store needs work with making sandwiches.
Came in on Monday July 25th at 12:30pm to pick up my online order. When I arrived I told the cashier my name and was told the... order was not ready and to wait. I took a seat and waited about 30mins. During this time I was seated right in front the cashierwaiting for my order, as multiple orders showed up on the counter I was sure one was mine but I was never notified. So, after agood wait I approached the cashier and asked again for my order a second time. To my surprise my order was one of the orderssitting on the counter as I waited even though the cashier could careless I already told her my name and she was aware I waswaiting. To top it all off as I got back to my office I opened my sandwich to realize this wasn't even the correct sandwich. Iwas given someone else's sandwich with ingredients that I am allergic to so I cannot even eat it! I called back and asked for arefund but now I have no lunch and paid for a sandwich I cannot even eat. Terrible service will not be coming back here forlunch. I have come here a few times for lunch and have had multiple problems so this will be my last try. Read more
love this jersey mikes. they make the sandwiches in front of you and even slice the ham and cheese right in front of you which... is great and although it does take some time for them to make your order they make sure to make your order quickly and it?salways a great experience when i come to this place thank you Read more

I like the location of this Jersey Mike store for its convenience. It?s close to other fast foods and coffee shops, quick for... grab and go lunches. I went here to redeem my birthday coupon (for the people who don?t know about this yet, you get a freesandwich on your birthday when you register in the app). I picked an item in their secret menu that has turkey and cheese (cuz Ilike turkey), fresh lettuce, tomato slices, and all their sauces except onion. I don?t remember clearly the name of the sandwichbut you can ask for the name. The fountain drinks is included in the coupon. I picked Cola for sure, it goes well witheverything. I also have a bag of chips that I want to buy as a thank you for treating me the meal but the guy in there was sonice to give me for free! I will come back to buy more sandwiches and grab a couple of snacks for my friends to give back. Read more
I was really craving the Italian sandwich at Jersey Mike's and haven't had one since the pandemic started. When I walked in,... Charles greeted us in a very welcoming way! He suggested the rosemary bread which I can't believe I've never had before. He madesure my sandwich was just the way I like it Mike's Way with pickles and no onions. He had the most amazing energy and I thinkI'll only come to this location to get my sandwiches bc of him! Read more
Pretty good subs. I get the Italian with ?the juice?. Wish they had an option to toast the bread, but it?s not mandatory because... the bread is already pretty crunchy. Definitely go no lettuce though as they pile it high. 4 stars because they raised theirprices in 2018. Can?t get a mean under $10 now. Still a recommend though. Read more
