Overall Eating At Jack In The Box Is Good. I Wish They Would Have New Food Items To Choose From. Other Than Everything Was Ok.
Just went through the drive through there was red head (hair was dyed and almost burgundy) and a chubbier girl on the headset... talking to each other the entire time I was ordering. I order a combo jalapeño poppers and some mini churros and onion ringswith that order. The two girls were talking and laughing with each other the entire time and I didn?t think it would affecttheir ability to work but apparenlty it did because not only am I missing 2 items out of my order the burger was madeincorrectly. This is the first time this has happened and I am appalled. Management needs to either speak to them or figuresomething out. Read more

Very upsetting when you are hungry and you get home and missing items and not made how it should be. They missed giving us our... egg rolls and then while eating the loaded breakfast sandwich which has ham, bacon, and sausage, no sausage. Are theyunderstaffed? I went to this jack in box on my break waited 20 minutes no food this guy Fernando said so? When I asked my why my food was... taking so long I asked for a refund then the manager was giving me attitude I got mad. She said she going to call the cops I said go ahead I want my refund you camt refuse.my refund. No matter the location, even including different states I consistently receive great customer service at any Jack in the Box. In... this case it was clear the person waiting on us at the counter was doing that as well as cooking and I believe working the drivethru! Regardless, he, who seemed to appropriately be the manager, did so with a smile, accuracy and efficiency! Read more
