We came in party of 3 on a slow day and restaurant was half empty only about 2 booths occupied already served and we sat and... waitress took our drink orders. She came back with our drinks and we ordered an appetizer along with our food. 30 mins passed nofood yet or anyone to come check on us. A family of 4 came and sat next booth to us and same waitress got their drinks andorder. About 20 mins later they recieved their food!!I called over the waitress after she served them and I told her that Ididnt want to be a bleep but why did they got served already when we were here first and waiting for over 30 mins!!!NOT EVENBUSY!!!She apologized and 5 mins later she brought our food along with our appetizer. Point of appetizer was to bring it firstwhile we waited. She brought it along with our main food which was so stupid.Our $18 omelettes were cold and I had asked minewith avocado on top. She came back 3 mins later with a small plate of avocado on a piece of lettuce. Terrible service for a $92bill. With everything going up you expect some decent service. Tipped her $1. This IHOP needs to be looked at in hiring newstaff. No wonder this place is always empty and yet they cannot be quick to service you.Never eating here again!! Read more
The service was terrible because the staff is too busy gossiping! To start off, we got our food but NO EATING UTENSILS!! We... requested some. By the time we got the utensils our FOOD WAS COLD (Mind you, they only had 2 tables to assist in the WHOLE restaurant). The couple on the other table ended up leaving because of the lack of service. the hostess and server were toobusy gossiping about what coworkers they didn?t get along with etc. Since our food was cold we didn?t like it nor enjoy it, weleft almost all of it behind. We kept trying to get their attention so we can get the bill and to-go boxes. We kept waving toget their attention but it didn?t work so my mom yelled ?excuse me? and they seen and heard her and they still continuedgossiping. We sat to see how long they would get there but after 10 mins we walked to the hostess desk and asked for the billand we were so upset we didn?t even take the food to go, we just left everything behind. My mom even told them, it?sunderstandable when you have a ridiculous amount of tables you have to cater to but we are literally the ONLY table and youcan?t help us just because you are too busy gossiping?! Hello this is Joe i like to come to this IHOP with my wife and kids. My wife is Mireya with Mireyas flowers. We eat out a lot... but we like to come here. There New bowls are good as well. Plus they have a happy hour menu from 2-10pm lots of good thingson the menu. I highly recommend this place. They got everything i ordered correctly food was quick warm and well cooked. There staff is friendly. I also recommend going for the happy hour special its not buzy during that time. Its never a long waitthere. Personally i like the sirloin steak tips or the steak breakfast. The food here is ok not great. The issue is they don't clean up after customers leave. A few tables were dirty specially the... floor underneath the tables. Te coffee pots were also dirty. This is very unpleasant seeing our coffee pot dirty. If the fix thecleaning issue this place will be a good experience. Read more
