Located on the corner of 17th St. & Tustin Ave. next to The Coffee Bean with plenty of parking. Don't expect fast service... because it'll take a bit and well, good sandwiches are not "fast". I went in yesterday Saturday at about 11am, I paid $14.41 fora Medium Smoked Turkey Breast Combo which includes a drink & bag of chips. The sandwich was super good and satisfying, customerservice could be better however...it's kind of awkward when your food is being handled and the staff seems bothered (there was agirl getting trained and she was super nice though). Employees were super nice and very helpful. Had a friendly attitude despite it being busy from a TMobile Tuesdays promotion.... They still provided excellent service. Would definitely come here again! :) Read more
I?ve never had this type of bad experience at this location ever until today. CHECK your subs before you leave we got four subs... 3 Cajuns and one bacon turkeys ranch . I had to literally throw away my sub because the Cajuns chicken was cold! Like freezingcold! Not only was my Cajun sub Cold but all 3 of them were!! I don?t mean cold as it?s been sitting out I mean cold as in justcame out the fridge. Today was disappointing I don?t know if I want to come back this place has been slacking lately. Also theboxes that the food were put in were super dirty! Such a sloppy and horrible experience today. Can?t believe I paid for thishorrible food. Read more

I love the food and the franchise and the whole thing- BUT i walk in to a restaurant that is literally empty and am told by the... girl at the front that it will be AT LEAST a 30 minute wait to get a sandwich because "somebody called in a 20 sub box lastminute" Im sorry but isnt it standard policy for companies to require this kind of order a day in advance? And even if itsnot... the new standard is to basically close your store during lunch and do ONE order while driving away in person customers?There were 4 employees working. Here is an idea- dedicate ONE individual to handle incoming orders and leave the rest of yourpeople working on "last minute" catering. Somebody managing this place needs to train these people on efficiency, volume ofsales and how not to drive away business. Read more
This place is much better than the one on Tustin by Target. The only reason for four stars instead of five is they never have... the hot sauces that I love, like endorphin rush and mad dog 357. They use to have these hot sauces all the time. The Italian subis my favorite. Update, they did in fact get a shipment of hot sauces and they have endorphin rush hot sauce now. So I'mupgrading my four stars to five stars. This review is subject to change at any time. Read more
Each experience has been good, food is exceptionally fine each time , ....so far. Better to order in advance as pick it... up... sometimes there's a line and they get behind.... slow sometimes in making the sandwiches. They are really nice as faras employees. ;) Read more
I will probably decline when I am assigned to come here to take orders for customers. I can wait and sympathize with them if I... wait a long time for them to make the food but is the attitude of the staff looking down on customers unacceptable or is thishow they are trained to communicate with customers? they're too young and they shouldn't have such an attitude. those were theprevious times and today I had a worse experience coming here. I waited a long time to receive my order and they gave me anopened bag of food that looked very unhygienic and unsafe. I asked them to close it but they said we don't do that here. ohit's amazing to have this kind of service and i can't take a picture of that employee because of privacy violation but she's abit big and has tattoos on her arms along with her coworker named Nathan. If she reads this comment or the manager can, pleaseimprove her customer service and be more professional in her behavior. Read more
