Our order was placed online and confirmation was given to us that the order will be ready for pick up by 7:20. Got to the... restaurant at 7:30 and the order was not even prepared yet, not the mention the manager and a staff were smoking outside therestaurant. It wasn't until 7:59pm when the order were finally prepared. Horrible experience. Corporate needs to check up onthese staffs. Read more
